Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find important information about our shipping process, timelines, and international policies.

Shipping Costs

United States: free standard shipping on orders of $49.99 or more; a flat $5 fee applies below $49.99.

International: free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more; a flat $10 fee applies below $99.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, launches, promotions, or restocking, processing may take longer, and in rare cases up to 21 business days before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

If we cannot meet the stated time: if we are unable to ship within the timeframe above, we will notify you and offer the option to consent to the delay or receive a full refund, consistent with applicable law.

Shipping Times by Region

United States & Canada: average delivery 3–10 business days after shipment. We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Times may vary with carrier delays, location, weather, or peak seasons.

International: average delivery 10–15 business days after shipment; remote or rural locations may take longer, and customs times vary by country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees determined by your local customs authority. These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Country-Specific Requirements

Some destinations have additional requirements or restrictions due to local import regulations and carrier policies (for example, valid tax-ID or phone-number requirements, or temporary suspensions). If required information is not provided in time, orders may be delayed, returned, or cancelled. We recommend contacting support before ordering if you are unsure about eligibility or documentation for your country.

Turkey

  • Beauty tools may be shipped through select channels.
  • Topical / cosmetic products cannot be shipped to Turkey at this time due to local import regulations.

Mexico

  • Beauty tools are currently prohibited from import by Mexican customs.
  • Orders containing beauty tools to Mexico cannot be fulfilled.

Brazil

  • Customs duties and import taxes are often high.
  • Packages are frequently held for customs inspection.
  • Buyers must provide a valid CPF (Brazilian tax ID number) for customs clearance. Orders cannot be processed or delivered without this information.

Chile

  • Customs duties may be high, and packages may be subject to inspection or delays.

United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hong Kong (China), and South Africa

  • A valid and accurate phone number is required for customs clearance and carrier delivery.
  • Orders may be delayed or cancelled if a correct phone number is not provided.

South Korea

  • Buyers must provide:
    • A valid personal ID number (as required by Korean customs)
    • Their full Korean name
  • The information must match official identification and remain consistent across all shipping documentation.

Middle East Counties: Israel, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan

Due to ongoing conflict in the region shipments to these locations are temporarily not available until further notice. 

Small or Remote Countries

For smaller, remote, or developing markets:

  • Delivery times may be longer than the standard estimates provided above.
  • Customs procedures may vary and cause additional delays.
  • Risk of package delays, extended inspections, or loss may be higher than in major developed markets.

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays, rejected shipments due to missing documentation, or additional import fees imposed by local authorities.

If required information (such as tax ID numbers or phone numbers) is not provided in a timely manner, orders may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for accurate, complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to address errors provided at checkout. If an order is returned for an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

At checkout you may add optional Shipping Protection through our third-party partner, Onward Group, Inc., covering loss, theft, or damage in transit. Claims are filed through Onward’s self-service portal; coverage terms and outcomes are determined by Onward. If you do not add Shipping Protection, our standard policy applies: once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft; for packages lost in transit (not delivered), contact support@mirilift.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Delays / Changes & Cancellations

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, seasonal demand, or force-majeure events. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it — please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
