How do i track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking at any time to check your shipment's status.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, product launches, promotions, or stock replenishment, processing times may be extended. In rare circumstances, processing may take up to 14 business day before shipment.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 3–10 business days after shipment.
  • International: 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, location, weather conditions, or peak seasons. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.

Can i change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within a very short window after purchase. Please contact us immediately at mirilift.off@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may initiate a return once it arrives.

How do i start tu return?

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at mirilift.off@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA number and provide proof of shipping to our team
  4. Include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package

Important:Returns received without a valid RMA number will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

What is your return policy

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible, non-subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of your delivery date, subject to the terms below.

Beauty tools:Eligible devices may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or returned for a refund of 75% of the original purchase price.Serums, creams, and consumables:Due to health and safety regulations, these products are non-returnable. If you're dissatisfied, we may at our discretion offer a replacement or alternative product without requiring the original item back.

Subscription purchases are not eligible for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
